The National Radio Centre, run by the Radio Society of Great Britain, occupies a purpose-built space within Bletchley Park in Buckinghamshire. This science museum explores the history and practice of radio communications, drawing on the heritage of the wartime codebreaking site. The centre is wheelchair accessible and opens daily from 09:30 to 17:00 (16:00 November to February), with reduced hours on New Year’s Eve. Admission to the National Radio Centre is included with Bletchley Park entry; there is no separate charge.
Visitors can expect hands-on displays and educational exhibits focused on radio technology and its applications. The centre operates year-round except for closures on 1 January, 24-26 December, and 31 December afternoon. Further information and opening details are available through the Radio Society of Great Britain website.
